This past Sunday was a double holiday: Memorial Day and Pentecost. Every Sunday, we gather to remember Jesus Christ, the one who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our sake. This week, we celebrated Pentecost, the birthday of the church, by remembering that God speaks truth about Jesus Christ through his word and through his followers.
