Pastor David reads Psalms 16 and 17 and offers a prayer from the Sarum Missal (1085):

In this hour of this day, fill us, O Lord, with your mercy, that rejoicing throughout the whole day, we may take delight in your praise; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
